Python Job: QA - Test Analyst

Synapri are currently supporting a Global Leading Software Company seeking a QA / Test Analyst required on a permanent basis to work closely with the Product and Delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping define, architect, create and evolve the automation testing platform, onboarding new clients and managing existing clients, so this role calls for some hands-on quality assurance in the form of smoke, regression and non-functional testing too.

As a QA Analyst, you will work closely with the tech lead, product owner, engineers, and QA in the Tech team on the projects they undertake. Outstanding analysts are super-organised, over-communicate, have great attention to detail and can manage work, stakeholders, colleagues and communications without dropping the ball.

Our client operates in a hybrid working environment with the successful candidate required to visit the Central London office 1/2x per week.

Experience you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role applied to front-end and back-end interfaces
• Object-oriented programming
• Some programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Planning test efforts and writing scripts to support both manual and automated testing
• API Testing
• Test Design: BDD / TDD / Requirements Review
• Are comfortable working closely with developers, stakeholders, users and other QA analysts
• Understand the role of quality assurance in an Agile development environment
